  • How much does it cost to play?

    We are a low stake lotto and a single entry is just 10p!

    You then decide how many entries you would like for each draw. The more entries or balls you buy, the better your odds on winning the jackpot.

  • How many tickets can I buy?

    We have a varied limit on how many entries you can buy for each jackpot draw. This is normally determined by the jackpot size and is displayed clearly within each game.

    If you wish to buy more entries than are remaining for a draw, you will be automatically entered into the next available draw so all your purchases can be entered.

  • What devices can I play the game on?


    You can play LiveLotto® on most Mobile and Tablet devices by downloading the app from the Apple App Store or on Android. (click which device you have below)

    The web browsers we currently support are: Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.

    The minimum iOS version we support is iOS6 and above.

  • Android App download warning

    You may get a warning when you download the LiveLotto® App on an Android device – it may say ‘ This type of file can harm your device’ – This is due to the fact you are downloading the app out of the Google Play Store. We cannot list in the store due to being a real money gambling product but please be assured the app is safe, so press ‘OK’ to install.


  • What jackpots and prizes do you offer?

    Our current jackpots are £1 / £5 / £10 / £100 / £1000 / £10,000 and £25,000.

    You have complete control of which jackpot you wish to enter and how many entries you would like for each jackpot draw.

    In many of the games you also have the chance to win bonus cash prizes along side and including the main jackpot prize.

  • How do I select my number of entries in a draw?

    Once you choose your jackpot, you can easily select how many entries you would like for that draw.

    This is presented graphically within the game but for reference you can use:

    • ‘Quick pick’ – you have 3 balls with the option to quickly select the shown amount of entries.
    • ‘Custom” – use the slider to select the number of entires you wish to purchase for that draw.
    • ‘Click’ on the custom ball number to manually enter your number of entries.
  • How do I register to play?

    We’ve made our account opening process as quick and easy as possible.

    You can connect via Facebook or sign up with a username and password that is unique to your account.

    We will also need some personal information from you such as your name, address and payment information so we can set up your account, but more importantly,  pay you your winnings!

  • What payment methods can I use?

  • What age do I have to be to play LiveLotto®?

    LiveLotto®  is a registered lottery so you must be aged 16 or over to play.


  • Where can I play LiveLotto®?

    Players must reside and be physically located in Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales)

  • Is the game fair? How do I know its not fixed?

    We are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

    All results on our LiveLotto® draws are randomly generated and cannot be predetermined. All games are extensively and independently tested to ensure fair play and honest payouts. The RNG (random number generator) used in our games is tested by iTech Labs and certified by eCOGRA.

  • How can I invite friends to play?

    Once you have a LiveLotto® account, you can view other player’s profiles. Simply click on that players profile and ‘add friend’, likewise, if you want to remove a player click “remove friend’’

    If you’re friends aren’t already playing LiveLotto®, let them know about us! You can join us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube and share your winning photos and videos.

  • When will i receive my winnings?

    Your winnings will be sent immediately to your registered payment method; however, it can take up to 10 working days for the payment to clear dependent on your bank.

    Any withdrawals above £2,000 will be paid via cheque.

  • What if I lose internet connection during the draw?

    All our draws run live on numerous secure servers so once you’ve bought into a draw you will never lose your entries. More importantly, if you win, your winnings are safe and will be credited to your player account.

    Your account will credit/debit automatically when you reconnect, but if you have any issues please contact our customer support team.

  • Are my details secure?

    The information you submit to us, including your personal data is stored and transmitted securely to ensure confidentiality. We use 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure all sensitive data is protected during transmission over the internet.

    We do not store your debit or credit card details and all payments are processed using our partners Paypoint and Barclaycard.

  • How do I contact LiveLotto® if I have a problem?

    You can either email us on support@livelotto.co.uk or contact us on 0330 123 5993.

    Our customer service team aim to answer your calls or reply to your e mail as soon as possible.

  • How do I close my account?

    A player wishing to close their LiveLotto® account should contact support@livelotto.co.uk stating your username and registered contact details.

    Any outstanding balance in your player account will be transferred onto your existing payment method.

  • Play responsibly

    We want players to enjoy the interaction and experience that LiveLotto® offers and to remember that at all times they must ensure they gamble responsibly. However, if any player feels they are losing the ability to control their playing habits we would strongly advise that they seek an immediate self-exclusion period. At any time a player can elect to self-exclude themselves from LiveLotto® by emailing management@livelotto.co.uk or by utilising the specific settings option in either the mobile application or on the website.   • In game privacy

    As a player you can mark your account as private, which stops other players seeing the number of tickets you have purchased. To set this, go into ‘settings’ and check the ‘privacy’ box. Your ball will show as a ‘x’ to hide your ball purchases to fellow players.

  • How many tickets are available for each draw?

    * RTP is the percentage of the money gambled in games of chance that is paid back to the player as ‘winnings’ over time.
