This Privacy Policy sets out the ways and manner in which, we, the Operator, may collect and use personal information that we obtain from you.

Beda Leisure complies with the UK Data Protection Act 1998, Human Rights Act 1998, e-privacy regulations 2003 and the latest EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We are bound by applicable data protection laws in respect of the handling and collection of your personal information. We are registered as data controllers with the Information Commissioners Office, reference number ZA101900.

Information We Collect From You

Within this policy personal information refers to information which can personally identify you including, but not limited to: your name, date of birth, financial information, email address, postal address and your telephone numbers.

We also utilise player uploaded images and pictures as part of the avatar process on account creation.  You are not obliged to use an actual facial picture however, we will store this image on our secure servers which will be visible to other players.

Personal information is usually collected when registering however, we may request further information or proof to verify this information in order to comply with legal requirements.

Credit or debit card details only need to be entered once. This information is then stored on our payment providers secure servers. Beda Leisure will not record or store your debit or credit card details. After entering once, your debit or credit card details will only be used when you make a deposit to or a withdrawal from your player account.

Our employees and the employees of our third-party partners do not have access to your full debit or credit card details.

We are fully compliant with ISO27001:2013 as recommended by the Gambling Commission.

How we share you Information.

We are sometimes required to disclose personal information to the Gambling Commission as a requirement of our operating Licence. We are also obliged to share personal information with the police or other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities.

At any time, you can request that we stop using your information, even if you have consented to out Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  You have the right at any time to change your mind and object to any collection, use and processing of your personal information.  Additionally, you are under no contractual obligation to continue to provide any information to Beda Leisure.  However, we require certain information in order to provide you with our services that you have requested.  If at any stage, you disagree with the terms of the Privacy Policy or our Terms and Conditions you stop using LiveLotto® and contact our Data Protection Officer on our support email address and request that we delete your information.
